Q) What deposit is required to book a portrait
sitting?
A) We require the basic sitting fee to be paid
in full
prior to the sitting. This can be done over
the phone or internet with Visa, Master Card,
American Express or Direct Deposit.
Q) I have more than one person I want included
in the sitting - do I have to pay extra?
A) No - The basic sitting fee covers multiple
people or a small group.
Q) Do you charge a higher fee to come to my home
/ office / etc?
A) We charge a slightly higher sitting fee for location
work (see our
price list).
For jobs outside the
Northern Beaches (where the location is more than 20 klms
from Avalon Beach)
we also charge additional fees to cover travel
expenses.
Q) What If I can’t make it at the last minute?
A) We try to be understanding but, you must
realise, we run a business and very often have
turned others away because we are already fully
booked for that day. Any rescheduling within 7
days before the confirmed photography Session
date may result in the full loss of your sitting
fee and another sitting fee may be required
to confirm your new date. Call us to discuss
your circumstances.
Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) We accept cash, Direct Deposit,
Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Q) Will you hold a date while I decide?
A) No. The first person who pays their sitting fee secures that
date.
Q) Who is the photographer?
A) Michael Hogan is always your photographer.
Q) How long before I get my photographs?
A) Your electronic proof sheets are typically ready in 7 days.
The proof sheets can then be viewed online at
your leisure. We
then discuss the
proofs with you and decide on what to print.
Q) Do You Use My Photographs For Advertising
Purposes?
A) Michael Hogan Photography reserves the right
to use any images they have taken for
advertising and promotional purposes. Unless
otherwise agreed to in writing, Michael
Hogan Photography retains the copyright to all
photographs taken . We always respect the
customers right to privacy - if you have any
concerns please discuss them with us.
